I like the logic of the actual level, but the rest of it seems so useless and cluttery. Took a while to optimise. (8 years ago) Hiihhi, this is a cute one! :)

EDIT, 2022: Probably beginner or upper/advanced beginner stage? I never ever get the correct optimization on first try on such levels. Good one, deserving probably a 1 rather than a 0. lol. Tricky solution, actually
