I agree with Reach. Nearly all the jank serves to obfuscate the solution in a fairly coherent, if ugly, manner. Only one part of the level seemed a little weird to me even after getting the final path.

This level looks extremely janky but in a way I suppose that is by design to get this trick to work. It elevates this level quite significantly imo.
