That level wasn't intuitive for me. I needed to mess a bit around to understand that 24 moves are rapidly used. I then watched the different targets and selected the one that seems to need the less blocks possible. From there, I won straight at next try.
Mental note to self: silly, you know that you must study a bit first... LOL
