I spent almost all night, on this one. Was enjoying looking for different options.
I hope 497 is optimal (or at least close to it).
EDIT (next day) - Yokosooo's 437 gave me a few more hours of searching. Found some big cuts and quite some smaller optimizations.
(And again I hope, it does not go lower.)
