OMG, I was facing serious troubles here and for a long time, too!
Today was the right day, to try tackling it again. Unlike the most of other levels, here I was not 2 or 4 off, but was like miles away (or got stuck). :)) But somehow I then SAW what was needed. Really rough seas. :)))
