That last 4 move cut is nasty. I couldn't see it. Level is excellently constructed, but a bit dry from a solving perspective.

I've come across this trick many times but this level does a good job of making you forget about it.

Wow, great puzzle! At first I couldn't even get to the exit, then found some way, but light years away. Soon after I got the 10 off, and in next two or three tries, I got it to 235. I hope that's optimal, cause I can't see how to do it any faster. :)
