What a bizarre solution. There’s only so many options here so brute forcing to find it doesn’t take too long, but the fact that that’s shorter is pretty crazy.
Fun one of the type "what seems longer is shorter". Always gives me a good laugh when I find the correct route.

This has no right to be as hard as it is! Nicely done, I was 2 off multiple ways and really struggling to beat it.
