Wicked Trinket - Pathology

I loved this Wicked Trinket. In 1st try, I was near 200, in second try I got Manti's 179 and in the third, I got Hem's 177. I've played Infernal Apparatus, not long before that and this seemed like a small part of the bigger thing. ;) :))
