Fantastic level. This is my favorite type of level, and this one was a joy to solve. Pretty tough exit touch, but fortunately the optimization is not so bad. Very well-made though.
Ah. Beautiful. I found this one surprisingly counterintuitive to clear. Almost appears simplistic at first; beautiful how there are very few active blocks but a very complex solution and many deadlocks.
I appreciate that these levels have such tight logic that they actually become easier to think about - they tap into the logic of Pathology that's independent of optimization in brilliant ways, which is quite special.
wtf man
EDIT: After having solved R4, it became much easier to understand the kind of deductions you need to be able to reach the exit, but it is still not easy or trivial. Optimization, while not brutally evil, is much more involved than the optimization of R4.
Another absolute banger. Similar to R4, optimized quite quickly but getting to the exit took forever! (Longer than R4 for me). I attribute the fast optimization strictly to brute forcing so many combinations in trying to reach the exit already
I first could't even touch the exit, then somehow managed, but was light years away. After many more tries I got it down to 202 and now I'm badly stuck, unable to see better.
Will keep trying, but also happy that I at least can reach the exit.
EDIT: In about half an hour I managed to change certain things so the step count went down: 198, 196, 194 and two tries later 192.
Excellent level, went straight to my ''mind jewellery collection''.
EDIT2: I tried (several times) R5-1, as well. Could only get it to 198. I wish it came out as a real level! It's far from the same, IMO. :)
