19 tries, but not sure, why that last try solved it. LOL. I know what I did different and why it saved 2 moves, but ... still not sure about the whole system, here ... got it more by instincts and luck than reason and understanding.

There are several ways to get 2 moves short - this is a toughie and I'm glad to see the back of it.
