Raindrops on the Window

I was 2 off on first try, and needed a few more tries to cut the 2 steps. After all those boards with pipelining, there is one "trick", that works fairly often for me. So when I'm stuck 2 off, I try to do it somewhere on the way, at different locations, and luckily here, it worked rapidly.

Reading the comments, I guess I probably got a bit lucky, too, namely I got it first try.

Tried a bunch of instinctual things and all wound up at 104. Would be great if there was a 102!

Tricky. A pipelining level where I'm not sure how I saved 2 steps in the end.
