Neat level. I didn’t realize how close the 1250-ish solution was to the correct one. I’d convinced myself there had to be something totally different, but in retrospect I was just missing what should’ve been a relatively simple observation. That being said, this level is quite cool, and I’m very glad to have done it.
A lot of Fibo stuff happened today so I figured I'd actually try to solve the OG. Exit obtained in the aformentioned 1200+ step area. time to figure out how to cheat.
Okay it wasn’t cheat so much as do what I was doing already just differently. Glad to knock this one out. The mechanical operation of the structure is cool but I prefer more Freeform concepts.
Really amazing structure. I got caught in a certain way of thinking since I was focused on how the solution had to be exponential (was stuck in the 1200+ step range), but eventually I saw a faster setup. Ended up taking me twice as long to optimize as it did to reach the exit. Congrats on porting this to Pathology!
Yet to reach the exit, but assuming it holds, this is incredible! I never would have expected an exponential construction in Pathology to not even require taco or burger blocks. Amazing work! Really looking forward to figuring out how this works.
