Took a long time to reason through the setup and think of the correct method. Tons of possible options that leave you 4+ off, and I found the obligatory nasty 2-off as well. Very difficult pipelining level, especially for its size.
I was looping and looping with no success, at first. Was 6 off, or 4 off (or more, of course :D ). Then I got a 2 off, and then another. After that I had a feeling I've tried near everything, so I made a desperate attempt. And that one worked out at 114. Wooo hoo, great looping! :D
