This level. OMG. Though I was the first besides the author to reach the exit (it took me 2000+ moves, LOL), I am still ''stuck'' here. My progress is very slow. Interestingly enough I noticed I've been progressing in 20 step cuts, exactly for quite some time now (had 1131, 1111, 1091, and now 1071). There is some rhytm to this, definitely, even if you are doing it ''wrong'', like I am. LOL :)) Will keep looking. This is definitelly one of THE hardest levels in the game, for me. So, my first goal is to get it under 1000, and then decide whether to go on or just leave it there (for a while). It's a level that requires a good plan and it is really hard to think for (currently) 800 moves in advance. :))) EDIT 1 (about a quater of an hour later): Now the rhytm changed: I got it down to 1059. :)) Timing is one of the biggest problems, for me, here, I think. EDIT2 (about 2 hours later): Got it down to 1027, so 222 more steps to find. EDIT3 (about 4 hours later): Got it to 1005, then 1001 and now achieved my first goal: got under 1000, to 985, and 967. Will keep searching. EDIT 4 (two months later, on 13th Nov, 2023): In the next three hours I made some improvements, so I am now at 939. Still need to cut 156 steps. OMG! Will keep trying! :))

The vigil of the holeless order ended today. Holey water will help the faithful no longer. Lots of fun to play, despite its daunting appearance! Curious to see where the stepcount ends up.
