Some nice optimizations, but disorganized overall
I still have a hard time understanding the moves that lead to the 2-cut here, but I found it nonetheless.
Needed some time to figure out the 2 off, although perfectly knowing where I was losing two steps. For me a typical case of "seems longer, is shorter".
The last 2 are a classic trick.
I was stuck at 98 for what seemed like forever, but now that I got it, 96 seems obvious. Nice level!
