I've only found three ways of being 2 off, till now. Will keep looking. EDIT: Got it, about a month later. Why didn't I think of that option, before?! LOL

Saving 0 moves allowed me to cut the 6 I needed. Neat level, I enjoyed figuring out how not to do worse than 6-off.

Apparently I solved this. Didn’t realize it and then kept playing this for another 20 minutes.
