EZ #11 - Pathology

@bob when someone publishes a level, it gets a lower record set by a player and then the author unpublishes the level, sets the lower record and then republishes it with no other changes.

No changes record steal. Which is a shame, because it's actually a cool level and you could have just left it.

Initially I just couldn't get this until I saw a different breakthrough technique which saved some steps.
