EDIT, 12th March, 2024: I can't believe I finally rebeat this Nepal thing. :))) Was 2 off, for ages.
Tough to get the 60. I spent a fair amount of time on a wrong 2-off path and then applied optimizations from that route into the correct one and was losing 2 steps from it.
Ugly looking level but very tough for the stepcount. Reminds me a lot of duke’s Holelocks3 level where we need to play the fill/move/ignore game with holes.
Can't find a way closer than 20 off... That's again one not suiting my thinking pattern LOL...
One day later: 4 off! That I went down from 20 to 4 off is a victory to me :D
As hi19hi19 said, there are definitely more than a dozen 62s on this level. The 60 took me by surprise, didn't think that was going to save 2 moves... Really tricky level.
