For me it's 5 stars! I enjoyed solving it. I was 2 off, trying to optimize in vain, and then suddenly, I won: not-a-clue what I did differently! It got me and that was fun. :D
Not sure why this has such low reviews. It's not earth-shatteringly clever, sure, but it has a few nice optimizations and the middle of the level comes together particularly enjoyably. Definitely a well-crafted level and fun to solve.
I was going AROUND, somewhere, where there was no need 4 it. I guess it's psychological trick, that only had an effect on me, as I see in the comments. Or, in other words: it PimPed me. :))
