This is beautiful. It confused me from the start, a lot. Then I had this ''eureka'' moment where I saw something and got the number of steps MUCH lower. But it still took me some time from 82 to 76.
Enjoyed it, a lot! If I didn't get it for testing, I'd have to take longer to solve it, here.
(somewhere in May, 2023) I think this is a great level.
The only problem is, that I still can't solve it.
Will keep trying! :)
EDIT 2023, 26th Oct: 5 months later I finally saw HOW to do this one. GREAT level, indeed! :)) (I was looking for the right thing, but just couldn't see it, before.)
