Shoveling a Steaming Slew of Smelly Sewage

As hi19 said, there are about a million 67s and I seem to have fallen for all of them. Giving stars before solving as this has been the first good level made in days.

Incredible. Also it's not broken as there are not even enough blocks to fill all the holes if you want to go that way.
