I can't believe I misremember how this level works after beating it multiple times in the past. Really had to brute force this and ignore any misconceptions I had before. I wouldn't be surprised if I'm the main reason this got moved to PhD. My bad.
Sounds about right. Blue notes are slightly off sync on FFR, but not enough to be a serious problem in CIA Rave. It was still fairly enjoyable to play. This level feels slightly off, but still close enough to a normal level. I think that was more or less the idea. Shame there's no Uber Rave level here. It would be slightly more of a mess, but similar.
