Was stuck at 98 for a while, until I realized something relatively obvious that cut the last 8 off. Interesting level, but I do wish the other paths were more plausible. It felt somewhat clear to me that there was only one way through at the end, and that did significantly limit the amount I bothered looking at the wrong paths.
