I can't believe I fell for that 30-off...more than once! Looking past that, the pathing is an okay challenge, if a bit messy and unfocused.

Beautiful optimization, I'm glad I came back to this. The paths are all very close, but the difference in strategy is large, which makes it a great puzzle to chew on.
