Huh, I can't remember what was tripping me up before, but after briefly analyzing what I needed to do, the solution was immediate. It makes me think most of the challenge comes from trying to overcomplicate it.
I find it surprising that the solution is any faster but at the same time I can't believe it isn't a lot faster than everything else.
A great level where optimization is the focus, with a level of quality to strive for in my own levels.
The level being so short was really messing with me, there's a few close paths, but it feels more like obfuscation than a genuine puzzle. I can't help but think the solution could've been better framed.
Luckily I was able to choose the right route, and the optimizations followed quickly. But they're still quite clever and had me thinking carefully about every move.
