I have one idea how this could be done, but I can't make it happen. Amazing level! Will keep trying to at least touch the exit.
EDIT (a month later): My idea was right and I finally found a way how to make it happen. 8 off, atm. Will try to bring it to 192, too.

EDIT (the next day): Got it to 2 off, then and got badly stuck, there. Now I finally found a way to cut these 2 steps, as well. What a beautiful optimization, too, FlashBack!
