A bit messy with two very different solutions. Neither are easy to see, though.

Very interesting structure.
At first, I couldn't see any path, and now I can see too many (but not yet the shortest one, lol)

Was stuck at 211 several ways before finally getting it

I got to 98 pretty quickly, but optimizing this was quite a fun challenge.
