The solution is actually really cool but the aesthetic of 'just put a bunch of blocks down in a cool shape and there'll just happen to be a path in part of the level maybe' gives me psychic damage every time lmao
This one doesn't work, imo. There's one thing you have to do and it's pretty obvious. After that, none of the size or shape of the board or positions of the other blocks matters at all as long as you follow the basic principles.
(If you haven't yet, I'd finish 'Intro to Pipelining' in chapter 2 of the campaign. New easy pipelining puzzles can be made and enjoyed if their context is fresh and tight - some well received examples that come to mind are Pipettes, Antennae, Choose Wisely. The trick to a good puzzle is to present a situation where the obvious ideas don't work, then you think/play around with it and go OH, then there's a clever idea that DOES work.)
