I suppose the path is obvious, but getting the fewest steps isn't to me. Could not improve on 4 off.

Edit: Very satisfying to come back fresh and get it a month later. Just need to overcome tunnel vision and try different approaches.
I'm not sure how I couldn't beat 4off in my previous attempts, I got it second try this time. On reflection a good look at this level should reveal the way to go.
