And if it's not Reach, then I'd guess Pana, but I already guessed Pana, elsewhere. Huh.
I also already guessed Rising and Allpollo. I need to rearrange my guesses, I guess. :))

I find this one very hard. I'm currently stuck at 119. completely blind to anything faster.
This could be Rising's level (not sure, might later change my mind).

EDIT 2: now, that I finally solved it, I've changed my mind. Because of one thing in particular I became pretty sure, this level was made by Pana (Panacea)!

Wooow, such a great GREAT level! I was stumped at first, not knowing what to do. Once I figured a way, it went pretty fast. I hope 195 is all.
Feels a lot like Panacea level. If I change my mind, I'll edit.

Very cute level though, like many of the others it has some really tricky optimization!
Edit: the optimization is actually really not bad on this one. Still fun though. :)
