Sorry for demoting it, I was being offline and I should've kept that when I solve it. It took me 3~4h to solve and the half of the time I was looking for the cut from 196. Though optimization felt kinda nasty, 192 turned out to be pretty satisfying and the completion difficulty is there so overall this is a great level imo.
This was the first sgm i really tried, and I had one of the best solving experience I've ever had. Especially I enjoyed figuring out cuts below 450. Very nice find by kjs! I wouldn't be surprised if it goes below 430.
