You had me going the long way for a few tries.  When I saw the nearly optimized route, I was already at 3 tries. Then I saw two shortcuts you missed.  I\'m not sure if one actually cuts off moves, but the other one should be quite obvious to anyone who\'s beaten Doug31\'s \"Too Many Steps\".
