Got to the optimal 133 in 4 tries, took me 30 more minutes to find the other route and to shave those final two steps off. Enjoyed it!

I found approximately 10 minor variations that all lead to the same number. I wouldn't be surprised if 2 more were cut. Edit: Well that's disappointing that I chose to solve it totally different on the right side when I got the 191 record.
