Forget 150, I got 152 the first time round, and now I always get 154, what the hell did I do the first time round?!? Arrgghh!

Update: Solved the level, my first run of 152 was unoptimised, I optimised a certain section and ended up with 154 steps...

I'm a moron, there was one block I could just simply push out the way and instead I circled it...
