Here, I first encountered 162, then 160, 158, 156 (several variations, which kept me for a while) and only then the 154, which I hope to be optimal (if not, I'll be back, to practice some more. :) )

Had fun solving it. I was surprisingly fast at it because I understood straight what section shall be first one. From there, the puzzle turned into optimizing the second section.
