Was way overcomplicating this. Went from 50+ straight to optimal once I stopped tunnel visioning

Stuck at 75. Hope to somehow begin to understand how 69 is done.

EDIT (about an hour later): I then moved from 75 to 73 and got it, soon after.
This was very well hidden from my eyes.

I do hate pipelining. At each new board, no matter the difficulty level, I struggle, like it would be the first time I do that.
