Not sure what to think about this one. On one hand, I think it asks an interesting question that involves some inspecting of the level, and essentially pre-planning your whole route before solving. But on the other hand, after doing said inspection there’s only one path that’s even feasible, and there’s no real challenge in having to weigh different options.
Due to size of board and reduced amount of steps available, a key point was clear to me from the first and from there, only one route was possible. It was the winning one.
I would say it's a good one for beginners.
