Huh, I can't remember what was tripping me up before, but after briefly analyzing what I needed to do, the solution was immediate. It makes me think most of the challenge comes from trying to overcomplicate it.
So, I played it about 33+ times, and I stopped thinking about it. In fact, the lenses of my eyes had stopped focusing on it.
And I sort of won.........
