Great level! I had a hard time conceptualizing this, and it seems many others did too - it's the mark of a good puzzle to create a consistent experience.
I finally solved it! Silly me hadn't realize that out of all the blocks that can go to target, one allows for a more straight route, solving the 2 off. LOL
Great level, looks simple but kept me off for ages. I never got the 2off, went from 6off directly to solving it. I just needed to pay close attention to not making any wasted moves.
