I'm not going to lie, I honestly don't understand the difference between this and 5.5. I solved 5.5 a while before this, and when I tried this one I couldn't figure it out for the life of me. Once I finally got it, the solution that I used was exactly the same as my solution for 5.5. Regardless, this is a great pipelining level. Pipelining is magical and I need to work on understanding it better.
As usual for me with this type of level: I tried, and eventually, one route won. Why this one? Not a clue. That's why I remove one star. I like when I understand, and here I don't.
A quintessential "pipelining" level in my opinion. Dry, exceedingly logical, but requires a decent amount of effort to actually understand why the solution is shortest.
Edit: 3 distinct classes of solutions, each with small timing variations.
I was guided into many 68s.
I consider these advanced tutorials. Understanding why they work is important. Beginners could probably brute force it eventually but learn nothing.
That's what I needed.
Got it in about 5 tries, but the solution is not completely clear to me. I need to try more, here.
Also wondering if there are multiple ways to do it (I guess there are).
5 stars for a very good showcase of pipelining that I still am not very well in tune with.
