I found approximately 10 minor variations that all lead to the same number. I wouldn't be surprised if 2 more were cut. Edit: Well that's disappointing that I chose to solve it totally different on the right side when I got the 191 record.

Is this for real? I mean, I can't even come close ... (the closest I came, was 12 off). Edit: I came back after more than a month and finally got it, within 46 tries. Excellent level !
