I really had fun! 
I had a 2 off, until one route I tried - even if not the winning one - made me do something special that was obviously saving steps. So I re-used my 2 off route and apply that "trick" to it, and that was it! :D

Unlike Zach I still can't find the last two steps, for 77. Huh!?!???

EDIT: The next day: I finally saw HOW! Wow! Wouldn't expect that.

New pipelining level genre invented! Really tricky for me to see the final 2 cuts.
