Was playing this level again and thought while trying to solve this that it is actually not that good..... 
..... I  then found the solution again and I realized how far I was from the truth. I don't think it's better than "Breaking Out" but I do think it is the 2nd best level in the game.

The last 8 steps were immediately clear; then it took some thinking into getting there without blocking that off.
