This one is fascinating to me - and it made me realize that Hi19 is the king of tiny levels with obvious 2-offs

Huh, there are a few 2-offs, but no optimizations. The structure could be interesting, but there aren't as many routing possibilities as you would expect.
Good practice for lock structures and fun to run through; bonus points for the fact that each row is a rearrangement of the same 2- and 3-block structures.
The solution is forced, but at least the ordering isn't clear at first glance
Why follow directions when you can just pipe? It's a good teaching level for these kinds of optimizations. Note that there are also ordering variations, displacement pipelining style.
