I love these showcases of recent structures step maximization has given us, there's been a lot of progress and it can be hard to appreciate how much we've learned in the past month.
This kept me waffling for longer than I'd care to admit before I finally managed to unlock the exit. It's a great showcase for a fundamental technique in these sorts of levels, and clearly not trivial.
Impressive that this level can wall you from getting anywhere near optimal until you find the right idea, which itself is well-hidden and still leaves some optimization work! An unlikely level to be sure.
