As a serious review: as a tribute, conceptually it looks decent. In actuality, this level is clearly an insult to Meowlong. The puzzle itself is unnecessarily bloated, boring and painful to optimize. Given you know something about Meowlong, you also know he would loathe this puzzle and yet it continues to exist anyway. This level is a monument to universally disliked puzzle elements.
The fact this continues to exist is insulting to Meowlong and to the community. If you cared, you would delete this and remake this level with a much smaller stepcount and incorporate some fun puzzle elements.
