I am also at 290, but I think getting 290 is not easy already.

This is a very interesting level!
In first try I was 350 +, LOL, then came to author's 318 and slowly went down to under 300. I also ran out of blocks, sometimes, LOL. 

Now I got badly stuck at 290. Feels like I've searched each and every possibility, but it only gives me 290 (or more). It's manti's magic, again, I guess. I wish to untangle his secret. :)

LOL, for me, the amount of steps was the key that gave me the solution. Funny.
