I find this level a very good one for unexperienced players, to practice simultaneously on locks, ordering, cutting and so on... Once 2 off, it can be quite difficult to see where to still save 2 steps as there are so many plausible cuts along the path. In my case, the 2 cut was right at the beginning! LOL
