On 2nd try, thanks to seeing before to start what side was straight, allowing for a plausible solution. It got me 2 off on first try and a little optimization on the 2nd try did it. I find it an interesting level.
2 tries for me (was straight 2 off on first try). The key for me was to notice before to start, how much could consume a back and forth between start and target on one side... From there, the configuration of the blocks around target told me the rest. :D
