I was losing 2 steps stupidly at the very beginning. It's easy to be 2 off if not paying a bit attention at start. I enjoyed the level. I just regret that one section serves no purposes.
Found many many routes to 2off, just couldn't find 38 steps. I was sure the key was in a certain arrangement of one direction blocks and eventually got it.
